kellychambliss, the undisputed queen of procrastination, found another delectable meme for when you don't want to shower, breakfast, collect students' materials, and generally get on with life. And one of the disadvantages of being self-employed is that even these things can be procrastinated over, occasionally.

Still, it's about time I set of for today's lessons - an hours drive away, and it's been snowing again. And minus 7C, I'v heard. Great little country, Holland, only it ought to have a roof and central heating.

No desk-sleeping after all! I've made it to my friend's house. I could probably have made it home, too, since the snow stopped for the last couple of hours, and the roads are probably all right. But I just have to come back to campus tomorrow anyway, and the break in the weather is supposed to be only temporary, so I think it's wiser not to take the chance. (Not that I wouldn't have preferred pumpkin soup, cake, and Willa, but one takes what one can get. Btw, my partner made the "pumpkin" soup again last week, she says, but she used butternut squash instead of pumpkin, the squash being easier for her to get fresh this time of year. She said it was quite tasty.)
