If that's any consolation, the spammer did not reach my mailbox (yet), but JD's got it, too. So not everyone received that spam. (should I be insulted?)

I suggest that you report it to your mail supplier so they can track down the IP address through which it was breached.

(And I owe you a legit mail, which I will do sometime this weekend).

I received it but I'm so damn cautious about these things anymore having been infected too many times - so did not proceed to open it, so no worries here. Spammers should be hexed !!
