Somehow I was absolutely convinced that your birthday is on September 17. It was in my diary, even. And now I realise that it actually was the 13th - and I missed it!!!

I really am the world's greatest idiot, and you should reconsider having me in Florida.

Anyhow, I do hope you had a wonderful birthday. Here are some virtual flowers and my abject apologies. Please don't set Reg and Nigel on me.

And the funny thing about it? I waited for your post before I'd post mine, because I wasn't sure of the diary alert myself; but then you didn't post, and I went to your journal from last year, and to Kelly's, and to Tetley's, and all said 13th - so I thought: "what the hell" and posted anyway. But because I made that post in advance and only changed from 'private' to 'everybody' sometime yesterday around lunchtime, LJ didn't let me edit the time and it got lost, probably, on everybody else's second flist page...

But now that you posted this, I'm really happy to know I had not made that up. I'm sure Lash prefers longer celebrations anyway - more chance for gifts, I say.
