hpfanficfanpoll has a poll about the pairings for next rounds.
This is the moment to vote for keeping the categories Genfic and Minerva McGonagall/Anyone if you want that.
It's also the moment to vote for Rare Pairs, which is our only chance of nominating an older character in the autumn round of the polls.
And there's the option to vote in a new category, Hogwarts Teachers/anyone, only, the idea is that would replace Minerva/Anyone.
There's also the chance to request another category. I've entered Older Characters there. So far I'm the only one.
And I've added a comment, explaining that the fans of Older Characters are a steady and supportive presence, who nominate and vote in every round. I've asked for one Older Character categorie of our own that is also present in every round. The current limitations of 'only McG fic in the spring round and no McG fic at all' in the autumn round is very limiting.
So, if you enjoyhpfanficfanpoll but would like to see our niche in fandom represented, join forces and let the mods know what we want. If no-one asks for things they'll obviously not give us more space.
