In your own space, promote three communities, challenges, blogs, pages, twitters, Tumblrs or platforms and explain why you love them.

[livejournal.com profile] hp_britglish is one of my favourite coms, not just because the members are unfailingly helpful and have provided instant answers to all sorts of British language queries, but also because the questions raised by others are often very interesting, too.

[livejournal.com profile] olsb_recipies is dear to my heart because of the lovely memories of the Coven Gathering where it was founded, and it's living up to its expectations in providing a source of interesting recipies from across the world.

And, last but not least, [livejournal.com profile] damemaggiedaily was already present when I joined LJ, and it has been a source of constant pleasure over the years. Several mods have come and gone, but one exceedlingly dedicated person keeps up the good work and keeps us smiling. Thank you, dear.

Thank you - it is good to know that somebody really does care, if the community still exists :-).... there rarely is a new pic to show, but I agree that many old ones are worth looking at again and again.

I think Kelly mentioned a site like "britglish" as well, that would help Americans to write British English: I wish Pamela Aidan had used one of these.... this is the only thing I don't like about her books, that she sticks to her US-English.

I certainly care and appreciate all you do! And it's not so much the pics, great though they are, but your way of presenting them. The one on the Hoggywarty Grand Opening was a case in point.

Great choices, all three of them. I'm reminded that I have a couple of recipes to post, and I'm so glad that Dame Maggie's comm is still here.

I'm glad to see Dame Maggie's com getting some real action again - [livejournal.com profile] minervas_eule seems truly back in business.

And I look forward to those recipes!
