The fabulous tetleythesecond and pale_moonlite have done it again. Last year we all had a blast (on a vuvuzela)and some lovely fic as well.
This year, things are looking good. Kelly and Tetley betted on different teams, so one of them must write. Various very talented authors have signed up. There are some outsider countries with excellent odds. All those fics could be yours and yours alone.

Oh. Erm ... it's supposed to be about football, of course. But never mind that. Place your bets for brilliant fic (and one of mine. Unless the US wins.)

You might even want to sign up as a watcher of the comm. There's a lot of talented writers who are going to produce fic there; it would be a pity to miss those stories. Last year was the most tremendous fun, and we ended up with several lovely tales. Of course, that year both Kelly and Tetley won, but the rest wrote nice things.
