Merry Christmas, dear Flist

Not a Lord S original, this time, but my own.

I hope all of you who celebrate will have a truly magical time.

Merry Christmas to you and yours, too!

A lovely picture of a beautiful scene. I could post one of the Christmas mud this year, but what's the point?

I hope that your holiday is warm and happy,
L

Lord S had better be careful -- he has a rival on his hands.

Lovely photo, my dear. Are you actually having a white Christmas? It's postcard-perfect.

The best of all holidays to you and Lord S!

Merry Christmas, and what a lovely pic!

Thanks!

It is, indeed, unseasonably warm. This pic was taken in 2010 or so, "when we still had real winters," grumbles the old curmudgeon.

But we're enjoying ourselves around the Christmas tree. I do hope you and your partner have a good time, too, despite the nasty news of this week.

No, this picture dates from 2010. We had months of snow then, but also a Sunday morning like this. With new snow and hardly any people, the old part of the town turns into a Dickensian paradise.

Same to you, dear. Lovely to see you again!

Thank you! The old part of the town is quite photogenic, and a bit of snow and it's Dickensian paradise.
